Core and arm workouts?

I am a high school athlete (track) and I need some ideas to increase my core strength such as my abs and my biceps pectorals ect. ect. I run the 800 meter and mile. i only have dumbbells

Okay so im learning the bass guitar an me an my friends want to start a band when we all get good enough on our instruments. I will be playing the bass, Bobby on drums, Steven on guitar but i also though it would be cool to have a violinist. Our genre would be heavy metal ( like metallica, etc) shock rock ( like alice cooper) punk rock, alot of different genres that we like. Sort of like hed pe. Do you guys think it would be cool if a band were to do the instrumentals of classical songs with rock instruments like the bass,guitar,drums? During these songs our violinist would be leading. an example of a song we want to do is the devils trill. And when we would be using the violin in other songs it would have a very twisted,sad, an sadistic tone in the backround. We are writing a variety of songs . I am writing one right now calle the liberation of underland. alot of our songs will be like twisted tales from wonderland an worlds like it. sorta like the tim burton one. But with a variety from every kind of music. What do you guys think (by the way i dont care if you think that it would suck me an my friends think it would be bad *** an still try

What company has upgrade service for airsoft guns?

I want to be able to send in my Ares Tar 21 and the parts I want to have installed so that they will install them for me. Reason is, I know little to none about upgrading my airsoft gun. Please include as much detail as possible as I am a total AEG-upgrade noob.

Filters to quit smoking?

About 25 years ago I quit smoking by using a 4 step filter set. I can't remember the name but the color of the filters were brown. The only filters I can find on the internet is from overseas (I'm from South Africa) and apparently there's a lot of hassle involved importing the filters. Is there any one who can give me a name or supplier for these filters here in South Africa? It works like this: First one keeps out a certain amount of nicotine and tar, second one more third one even more and with the forth one it is so little that it is easy to quit. Thank you

Does this guitar deal looks good to you?

The FG700S is a very good quality beginner guitar with a solid spruce top and plays really well. $199 is pretty much the standard price for them. You can walk into Guitar Center and buy one for that, but you'd have to add on sales tax. If you buy one online and having to play shipping be sure you consider that. Personally, I'd buy one at a music store so you can play it first and see how it sounds. Each guitar is a bit different so it's good to play the one you're buying and have someone there who can address any setup issues or questions you have about the guitar.

Is there a Audition requirement for A music major in community college?

I am currently considering becoming a music teacher ....I currently have vary basic skills as I have not consistently played an instrument for years... but i love music so my question is there a audition required usually to major in music at a J.C.? also do they offer classes to teach you piano from scratch? as i plan to transfer and continue my musical education
