What are these bumps on my chest?

I have about 10 small bumps that kind of look like spots but under the skin, there not painful or really bother me.. just curious to what the are.. there just below the pectoral region.. no matter how hard i squeeze them they do not pop or hurt.. if i play with them it feels like there on the underside of my skin but can been seen from the top, its difficult to describe, any ideas?
