Pigeon chest but not funnel chest...?

I have an arched bone (hard substance) going across the top of my two pectoral muscles and and it makes me look as if i have boobs my chest is completely normal just this arch comes about an inch ou and makes my pecs look like boobs does anyone know what it is? or how to cure it also i have been lifting weights for 7-8 months and it has not gone done...
